According to Danish law, smoking restrictions apply at most bars, cafés, restaurants and nightclubs. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas as well as in bars with a serving area of less than 40 square metres.

This means that in half of the bars you are free from smoke, and in the other half of the bars you are free to smoke. On the gray symbols you can see the smoking policy at the different bars and clubs, and choose for yourself whether you prefer to party with or without cigarettes.

Lambda

Lambda is an association of gays and lesbians in Fyn and the association was established on 11 September 1993. Political Lambda has helped to make living conditions for gays and lesbians more visible. Some highlights have been Idaho, Homo Culture, and a sign campaign in all fynske city and much more. In addition, we experienced the daily running of our cafe for our members where we have met many good events.

Vejlez - is a little cozy (lesbian only) place, which has just opened up in Vejle. Apart from regular opening hours, organized family days, movie days, hang-over days, game days and lots of other fun stuff. Remember, you have to be a member. It’s only 50 dkk pr. year, and you can join at the door.
